�Always look for the ray of light,� Leslie said. �And never accept
failure as an option.�
She often
pairs red lipstick glamour with fierce hair styles. Her most
valuable achievement however, is raising four exceptional
daughters that are deeply connected with their mother and her love
of beauty. All four daughters work alongside each other in the
salon.
�We strive
to keep a family atmosphere at home and in the salon,� Leslie
said. �Our entire staff and clients are part of our family
community.�
Level of
professionalism, industry leadership and best practice are of high
importance to Leslie. She stresses the sleekness of an all black
dress code and the simplicity of greeting everyone that walks
through the door. Leslie is dedicated to answering industry trends
by ensuring her staff continues education through trade shows and
in-house classes. Donations to charity, conducting charity event s
and working toward a green future are also high on her agenda. But
she stresses priorities.
�Make sure
your hairs looks good, your nails and makeup,� Leslie said. �If
you don�t blow-dry your hair in the morning, it�s like leaving the
house without ironing your shirt. Your hair is your best outfit.
